In celebration of Eid-ul-Adha, the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore organized a special luncheon to honor its international students. The event was attended by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, along with Deans of all faculties, Resident Tutors, the Registrar, Controller of Examination, Treasurer, Senior Warden, Director of Student Affairs, Public Relations Officer, and a large number of international students.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir shared a meal with the students and emphasized that the purpose of the luncheon was to include international students in the joyous occasion of Eid, making them feel at home. “Our international students are a proud part of our academic community,” said Dr. Munir. “Providing them with a homely environment at the university is our top priority.

I urge all students to focus wholeheartedly on their studies and strive to bring pride to both their home countries and UET.” he added. The international students expressed their gratitude to the Vice Chancellor, faculty members, and university administration for their continued support and thoughtful gesture.
