) The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore observed Kashmir Exploitation Day to draw attention to the sufferings of the people in Indian Illegally Occupied Kashmir (IIOK). The event featured a walk from the Vice Chancellor’s office to the Main Library, led by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nasir Hayat, along with deans, faculty members, Senior Wardon, Registrar, DSA and students. Kashmiri students participated actively, chanting slogans denouncing the atrocities committed by both the historical Maharajah regime and the current Indian forces. In his speech, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nasir Hayat praised the students' heartfelt commitment and expressed his strong belief in the eventual realization of the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination.
